This spacious, free-standing, single story 3BR/2BA house offers a large comfortable living area with views over the tranquil waters of the lagoon. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, features a breakfast bar and dining table. The swimming pool is right outside your front door! The master bedroom has a king size bed and new bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower. As an option, the sun room overlooking the lagoon may be used as a third bedroom with two twin beds. (There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the large, open living room!)
